How does the Chip Trade-In Program work?
Simply register your return using the form above and send us your used chips. Once received and verified, we'll add €5 in store credit per eligible chip to your customer account.
How many chips do I need to return?
A minimum of 5 chips is required per return. There is no fixed maximum, so you can return as many eligible chips as you like.
How much store credit will I receive?
You'll receive €5 for every accepted chip. For example, returning 10 chips earns you €50 in store credit towards your next order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You can choose any shipping provider, although we recommend using a tracked service.

When will I receive my store credit?
Your store credit will be added to your customer account after we receive and verify your returned chips.
How can I use my store credit?
Simply sign in to your Omega Materials customer account using the email address provided during registration. Your available store credit can be applied at checkout.
Can I receive cash instead of store credit?
No. Trade-In rewards are issued exclusively as store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash.
