Compatibility & Getting Started
Can I switch back to OEM material?
Yes. Because the solution does not require a permanent modification to supported printers, you can return to your normal OEM material setup when required.
Is your material compatible with my Stratasys® printer?
Our materials are developed as compatible alternatives for selected Stratasys® FDM
systems. Simply select your printer model when ordering and we’ll provide the
matching material, chip and adapter for your system.
How do I know which material fits my printer?
Simply select your printer model on the product page. We’ll provide the compatible ABS or ASA material, along with the matching adapter and chip for your printer.
Do I need to modify my printer?
No permanent modification of the printer is required for supported configurations. Our system is designed to work with your existing setup using the supplied chip and matching adapter.
Do I need to recalibrate my printer?
No recalibration is required. Our materials are designed to work seamlessly with supported printers using their existing print settings.
Smarter material solutions
Smart Chip System & Chip Return Program
Learn how our Smart Chip system works and how you can benefit from returning your used original chips.
How does the Smart Chip work?
Our Smart Chip works together with your existing original Stratasys® chip. Simply place it as instructed, allowing your printer to recognize the refilled material.
For a step-by-step guide, visit our How It Works page.
Do I need an original Stratasys® chip?
Yes. Our Smart Chip works in tandem with an existing compatible original chip.
You reuse the chip you already have rather than purchasing a new OEM material
cartridge.
?? Do I need a new chip with every spool?
Your order includes the appropriate chip solution for the selected material and
printer configuration.
What do I do with my used Smart Chips?
Don't throw them away — send them back to us. We recycle returned chips and give you €5 credit for every eligible chip returned.
How much do I receive for returning a chip?
You receive €5 for every eligible Smart Chip returned to us.
Can I return several chips together?
Yes. We recommend collecting your used chips and returning several at once to make the return process more efficient.
Why should I return my chips?
Returning chips keeps reusable components in circulation, reduces electronic waste and earns you €5 back per eligible chip.

How do I install the adapter?
Follow the installation instructions provided with your adapter. It is designed to ensure proper spool positioning and smooth rotation inside your printer.
